Black Angels Over Tuskegee tells the true story of famed aviation pioneers, the Tuskegee Airmen, who were the first African-American pilots of the US Army Air Force. The men saw combat in the skies during World War II, first as the 99th Pursuit Squadron, and later as the 332nd Fighter Group. They ignored the prevailing ideas of the time and accepted the challenge at hand. They proved their valor and set a precedent that led to the integration of the Armed Forces.  Grade 6-12 Curriculum: Curriculum: Language Arts, Social Studies, Multi Cultural, Music, Theater Click Here for the SEAS Study Guide: https://www.browardcenter.org/education/programs/programs-for-schools/study-guides
