Safety and trust are the foundations on which we are able to provide the same award-winning service and unforgettable experiences you have come to expect of White Elephant Resorts. As such, we are committed to remaining transparent and open with the measures we are taking to keep you, our team and our community safe. We continue to re-evaluate and adjust our procedures as necessary.
 
This includes, but is not limited to:
•    Mandatory mask usage by all staff
•    Increased vigilance and frequency in sanitizing and cleaning, especially public and high-touch areas
•    Strict practices in food handling and preparation
•    Initiating health policies for both our employees and guests to ensure the safest possible environment for all

Not to mention, our resort has just been fully remodeled and offers brand new accommodations and amenities.

2021 CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. For cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival, 90% of the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 30 days the full deposit is non-refundable.
