COVID-19 Update

We are all eagerly awaiting your visit to Palm Beach this season, and are readier than ever to make your experience unforgettable.
 

THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANYTHING STANDARD ABOUT OUR STANDARDS.

Safety and trust are the foundations on which we are able to provide the same award-winning service and unforgettable experiences you have come to expect of White Elephant Resorts. As such, we are committed to remaining transparent and open with the measures we are taking to keep you, our team and our community safe. We are monitoring the situation daily, and continue to re-evaluate and adjust our procedures as the situation evolves. While we follow all CDC and World Health Organization guidelines, we remain in constant contact with County of Palm Beach health officials, and have also implemented a COVID Safety Program that goes far beyond standard measure.
 
This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Increased vigilance and frequency in sanitizing and cleaning, especially public and high-touch areas
  • Strict practices in food handling and preparation
  • Initiating health policies for both our employees and guests to ensure the safest possible environment for all
Not to mention, our resort has just been fully remodeled and offers brand new accommodations and amenities.

Please keep in mind, the County of Palm Beach's Face Covering Order requires all members of our community to wear masks in public in order to ensure safety and to help stop the spread of COVID - 19.

2020 CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will be due 30 days prior to your arrival. For cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival, 90% of the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 30 days the full deposit is non-refundable.
 
We appreciate your commitment to keeping our entire community safe and limiting the spread of COVID-19 by taking these extra precautions.
