A deposit equivalent to 2 nights plus 12.5% tax is required at the time of booking—except during December 21 to January 1, when the full deposit is due immediately. For stays from January through April, May through October, and November through December 22, the two‑night deposit is required, and cancellations are permitted up to 14 days before arrival (or 2 days before during May-October). Reservations during the December 21 to January 1 period require full payment at booking and are refundable at 90% only if canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival.
